In 1997 I taught myself HTML and coded and published the first ever websites for BBC Wales and BBC Cymru. I wrote and produced the BBC Radio Wales 1997 Sony Gold winning submission for Station of the Year. Consultancy for STV, Media Merchants (Art Attack). Weekly newspaper column for North Wales Independent Press.

Manager Program Development. TNL Radio, Colombo, Sri Lanka. 1994 - 95

Established and trained the staff of TNL Action - Sri Lanka's first broadcast social action project. TNL Radio was awarded NAB International Award for Broadcast Excellence in 97.

Manager Marcher Action. Coast FM, Colwyn Bay. 1993 - 94

I led the social action team that helped 3,089 callers, generated 960 bulletins and put out 705 interviews about local issues in the station's launch year. Coast FM is called Heart today.

To Mongolia's Altai Mountains to record S4C documentary about khoomïy chanting as half of a two-man crew.
